Hi! I’m Melissa…just a country girl who love city life. . .

I joined the ranks of widowhood after being married to my BFF for 18 years in 2005. Then, in 2015, I married my long-time friend and confidant.   We  have five wonderful kids and 1 grandchild.  We are still working on the blended family thing.

Being married twice was not my plan.  I’ve discovered there are lots of perks to marrying later in life.  I am learning how to dream once again.

This  little  blog is called Melissa’s Musings.
